3rd Grade Cheer - 2014

Again I am again honored to be Isabel's cheer coach for the third year.  We have 20 wonderful girls on the squad and while they it is challenging at sometime having so many I would not change it for the world.  They are great...the season is winding down and we are gearing up for competition in November!

Wow - these bring back so many memories of that wonderful day - the day I married the love of my life.  We have been through so much together - especially the last 5 years.

I offered to have the Bond family birthday dinner at our house last weekend...it's amazing what you can get accomplished or think you can do before company arrives.  We worked for two days, cleaning, hanging pictures, fixing tile etc. to get ready for family.  My new favorite thing?  The power drill - this lovely tool can help hang pictures in record time.  I had to stop myself...

Need to catch up...

I need to catch up on my blog posts.  For those that follow us here I apologize as time tends to get away so quickly.  We are all well...this fall was so busy for us and now things have calmed down a little.  In October we started the process to buy a house and that took off.  We closed in December and moved two weeks before Christmas (remind me to never do that again).

We love the new house...it's a lot like our old house (1.5 story that has almost the exact floor plan).  The house even faces the same direction.  We did not really want to be in a subdivision but we are all the way in the back and have no one around us currently.  We are on a corner lot with a tree line/green space one side.  It's pretty secluded and quiet.

I need to go back and post things that I have missed posting from this fall./winter  I will catch up soon.  I hope everyone is doing well and staying warm!  Attached are a few pics of the house.  Love you...

My New Hobby...

Photography...Is always been a passion of mine.  Taking it to the next level, not going professional by any means but love just to capture those everyday moments for people.  Kids are my favorite subjects...just the innocent way they are.  I am photographing my first (non-family) member this next weekend.  A friend of mine's son who will be a senior this year.  Just a little nervous for that one, but I have some great ideas to try and capture that perfect moment.  I have a couple other clients lined up as well for the rest of the summer.  Here are a few of my recent models:
